We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services or portal procedures at any time.

3. Appointments and Communications

When you request information, register through our portal, or submit an application, you may receive communications from LJAH VCenter regarding your request or onboarding progress.

• Onboarding and portal step instructions
• Registration confirmations and reminders
• Service partner and client opportunity updates
• Customer and contractor support communications

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS messages from LJAH VCenter, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided.

Messages may include contractor support communications, onboarding reminders, portal registration assistance, opportunity updates, and, when separately authorized, marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the type of communication for which you have opted in.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or enrolling in any opportunity.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

For assistance, reply HELP.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.

7. Payments & Contracting Terms

Independent contractors who partner with LJAH VCenter are 1099 independent contractors subject to the payment schedules, direct deposit payouts, bi-weekly schedules, and independent contractor agreements provided upon onboarding.

Additional terms, background check verifications, equipment standards, and client certifications apply to specific client programs.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, branding, and other materials, belongs to LJAH VCenter or its licensors and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without appropriate authorization.
